Deal Expands Carroll Water’s Drilling and Pump Services, Adding to Its
Array of Residential and Commercial Offerings
Cockeysville, MD (June 2, 2016) – Carroll Water, a premier commercial and residential water treatment and well equipment services company serving Central Maryland and Northern Virginia, announces that it signed a deal with G. Edgar Harr Sons’ Corporation—a Cockeysville, Maryland-based company that’s known as the region’s leading well drilling and water pump provider. This purchase adds the deep experience of well drilling to Carroll Water’s growing services for its customers throughout the region. Carroll Water did not disclose the terms of the contract, but has fully concluded the agreement with G. Edgar Harr Sons’ Corporation.
G. Edgar Harr Sons’ Corporation has been in operation since 1911 and is widely known and respected for its well drilling and pump services for residential and commercial clients. Now that the acquisition is finalized, Carroll Water now has a combined 138 years of operational experience in water treatment, well drilling, and well and pump equipment services. The well drilling division of the company will now fall under the name of Carroll Water and will remain operational from its Falls Road location.
